Helen and I have a favorite vegetarian chili recipe that’s perfect for cold and gloomy days. It’s a snap to make, because you just throw everything into a slow cooker and ignore it! We’ve adopted it a bit for our liking by adding brown rice and extra broth, but the original is just as tasty. I’ll link to it on northfornow.com. I hope you like it as much as we do!
